I recently graduated with a B.Eng. degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2023. I am going to pursue a master’s degree at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU).
In 2022, I had the enriching experience of being an exchange student in the EECS program at UC Berkeley. During my time there, I worked alongside Lily Liu on Machine Learning System topics under the guidance of Professor Alvin Cheung in the prestigious RISE Lab as an undergraduate research assistant.
Before that, I held internship as a backend software engineer and worked as a software developer for the innovative Chinese startup Boxifly Inc. My experience encompasses various aspects of software development, such as designing and implementing APIs, creating microservices with docker containerization, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure.
I am passionate about programming and computer system architecture, with a solid foundation in C/C++ and Python programming, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Data Structures, and expertise in Linux Kernel, Parallel Computing, and Distributed Systems. Driven by my broad research interests in system-related topics, I am committed to exploring new challenges and opportunities in this field.
